Yes, absolutely! Our trucks and drivers are fully bonded and insured, ensuring the complete protection of your vehicle throughout the transportation process.

We have two payment methods. 1. Regular Billing price. To ensure a smooth process, we request that you place a credit card on file as a sign of good faith once the vehicle is booked. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPall for your convenience. The payment will be charged in full at the time of dispatch, once the shipment is confirmed. If you prefer a wire transfer, We have you covered for that too. Your flexibility in payment methods is greatly appreciated. 2. Discounted cash price. COP/ COP To initiate the process, we kindly request placing a credit card on file as a gesture of good faith once the vehicle is booked. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For payment, a partial amount, approximately 20 to 30% of the full price, will be charged at the time of dispatch. The remaining balance will be settled at the time of delivery, where we accept payment via cash, cashier's check, or a money order. Your flexibility in payment methods is greatly appreciated.

Our recommendation is to schedule your vehicle transport at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance, but we are flexible and can accommodate shorter notice if needed. Typically, we have a truck en route to pick up your vehicle within 1 to 5 business days from the date it's ready. In fact, 95% of our customers get picked up within the first, second, or third business day, providing swift and reliable service.

In such cases, we will reach out and confirm a delivery window within 12-24 hours of the expected pickup time. We kindly request that you make yourself available during this established window. If you cannot be present, you have the option to designate a trusted representative to release or take possession of your vehicle, provided that you supply us with their contact information in advance. This ensures a smooth and efficient process even if you're not available in person.

Our quotes are the result of over 7 years of experience, carefully considering various factors. We take into account your car's height, weight, length, width, age, the shipping distance, and the time of the year, among other details. Our team conducts thorough research to gather as much information as possible to provide a reliable price. If you require your vehicle to be picked up on a specific date, you have the option to pay a premium, or you can save by choosing a broader time window. It's essential to remember that while cheaper quotes may be tempting, they often come with hidden costs, such as inexperienced carriers who offer limited communication, a higher risk of damage to your car, and potential insurance gaps. Quality service and peace of mind are our priorities.

The method of delivery depends on the type of truck we use. Smaller trucks can often pick up and deliver your car right in front of your door. However, larger trucks may face restrictions in residential areas due to their size and manoeuvrability. In such cases, we will request that you meet the truck at a spacious parking lot or a wider street nearby for a smooth and convenient handover.

"Term" is a shortened form of "terminal." With "term-to-term" delivery, you can leave your vehicle at our storage facility, and we will transport it to one of our partner towing facilities in the chosen state for convenient pickup. Please note that the storage fees per day will be included in the price.

As an example, deliveries from NY to FL typically take seven days or less on average. However, we understand that each transport may vary, so we provide you with an individualised estimate when we send you a quote. Rest assured, we're committed to ensuring on-time delivery and will keep you well-informed throughout the process.

For cars, you can include up to 120 lbs of personal belongings in the trunk. For SUVs, please keep the back seats up and load belongings behind them. All items should be kept below window level to ensure clear visibility, and there should be nothing on the front or passenger seats. If you exceed the weight limit, an additional $80 fee may apply. Please be aware that items left in your car will not be insured during transport.

In the unlikely event that your vehicle arrives with damage, please follow these steps: 1. Inform the carrier about the damage. 2. Document the damage on the inspection report. 3. Take digital photos of the damages and email them to us. 4. Obtain two estimates for the necessary repairs. Rest assured, we will take full responsibility and promptly arrange for the repairs to restore your vehicle to its original condition.
